The first step to manufacturing of high-quality furniture |
The waste from plywood production is used for chipboard manufacturing, thus our production does not pollute environment. The new technology "dust outer layer" meets fastidious demands of furniture makers. The scheme of glue feeding, that we use, helps us to keep low formaldehyde content together with high mechanical strength of the board. As a fact - more than 90 % of our chipboard goes to a high-tech productions, such as furniture, table-tops and window sills, decorative panels, dividing walls and others.
Advantages:
- excellent surface
- low formaldehyde content
- high durability
- easy processing and milling
- wide range of sizes & thickness
|
Applications:
- furniture
- building
- construction
- wall panels and ceilings
- flooring underlayment
- window sills and table-tops
- interior decoration
- basis for lamination and matting
