Syktyvkar film-faced chipboard is manufactured from the panel of own production. This kind of board is marked by high consumer properties and safety. Fine structured surface and high- quality sanding provide thin coatings. Films of leading foreign manufacturers, such as Interprint, Schattdecor, DKB, SWC, Grajewo are used for panels coating. High contents of melamine in the film coating ensure excellent physicomechanical properties and panel resistance to physical, chemical and thermal influence. Besides, the danger of chopping off at subsequent processing is considerably reduced. Modern collection of decors and various kinds of impression allow implementing any design decisions both in serial furniture manufacture, and at individual designing. Stability of panel quality parameters is provided by full automotized technological process and production controlling of the materials, high-skilled personnel, and the latest equipment (automated film-facing line of Wemhoner / Germany production). Company productive capacities for manufacturing film-faced chipboard make 4,5 million m² annually.
