 Fraunhofer-lnstitut fiir Holzforschung has performed the initial inspection, assessment and approval of the factory production control according to EN 13986 and EN 326-2 as an EC notified body based on supervision contract No. 562 at Syktyvkar Plywood Mill Ltd. product Plywood, birch, phenolic-formaldehyde (PF), laminated.
This Certification No. CPD-0765-562 is valid as long as the continuous supervision of factory production control, every half-year, will be carried out by WKI.

According to supervision contract no. 561 we herewith attest that the birch plywood SyPly™ manufactured by Syktyvkar Plywood Mill Ltd. meet the requirements acc. to DIN 68 705, part 3, and that Fraunhofer-Institut für Holzforschung Wilhelm-Klauditz-Institut (WKI) carries out the continuous surveillance of the factory production control including sampling on the basis of the supervision contract no. 561. This attestation confirms the validity of BFU 100-Certification, subject to the positive evaluation of the audit in the following half-year. The continuous external supervision of factory production control shall take place twice a year.

1. verified the accuracy of the emission test procedures and facilities used by the composite wood product manufacturer to conduct formaldehyde emission tests,
2. monitored the manufacturers quality assurance programs,
3. assessed that the below mentioned product fulfils the emission requirement according table 1 of § 93120.2 of Phase 2
4. provided independent audits and inspections as an ARB approved third party certifier according supervision contract No. 561 in the second quarter of 2011

This attestation confirms the validity of E1 -Certification No. 562 subject to the positive evaluation of the audit in the following half-year. The continuous external supervision shall take place twice a year.
